Я раки иногда покупаю, когда в Луизиане сезон, конечно в стиле "кэйджун", с приправами - но ковыряния до хрена, пол кило на вечер хватает (для одного пьющего) Ну лобстер, устрица, креветки, кальмары и свежее сашими - это конечно ичи бан :cheers:
