7 января 1610 года Галилей направил телескоп собственного изготовления на небо и увидел маленькие звёздочки вокруг Юпитера; дальнейшее наблюдение доказало, что это - его спутники.
Млечный путь распался на отдельные звёзды, на Луне нашлись горы, и вообще, революция свершилась!
