после отправки сообщения форум возвращается в http а не в https...

Нет (проверенно по Оперой на Маке). После ввода имени пользователя и пароля, форум показывается через  HTTP:// вместо HTTPS://
Замена первого на второй показывает форум через правильное подсоединение. Набор нового поста – тоже. Посмотрим что получится когда нажму на "submit"

После "submit", страница подтверждения была передана через SSL–защищенный канал, а вот после этого, форум вернулся без шифровки.
